Backup & restore
Records live in this browser, not inside the HTML file. Download a backup after important work and before moving or updating the app.
No backup downloaded yet.
Restoring replaces all current records and settings. Download your current backup first.
Desktop and phone records are separate. Restore a backup to transfer them; this does not merge records.
A good quote in a few minutes.
A small tool for a complete workflow.
- Enter the whole job. Quantity is the number of items. Grams, print hours, labour minutes, packaging and other costs describe the entire job, not each item.
- Use your real costs. Save material and printer settings in the workshop library. Estimate machine wear separately from electricity. Include delivery or waste in other costs where applicable.
- Choose your margin. Margin is profit divided by revenue, after entered costs and fees. It differs from markup. The suggestion rounds each item's price upward to the next cent.
- Save and print. Give the job a name, then save it. Customer quotes contain quantities and prices, but do not reveal internal costs or profit. Use your browser's print menu to save a PDF.
- Download a backup. Browser storage can be cleared. Moving the HTML file, using private browsing, or switching browsers can hide or lose records. Keep JSON backups outside the browser.
Offline and mobile
The desktop HTML file has everything it needs to run offline. A hosted edition needs an initial online visit before its offline files are cached. Wait for the “Offline ready” status before testing it without a connection.
Phone, desktop and different browsers do not synchronise automatically. Backups transfer records manually. Home-screen installation and offline reliability must be checked on your actual device.
Privacy and limits
There is no account, analytics or automatic upload of your entered records. A hosting provider may log page requests. This is a manual costing tool, not bookkeeping software or automatic tax advice. It does not connect to marketplaces or read sliced print files.
Storage recovery
If saving is unavailable, keep the app open and download a backup. Free browser storage or switch to a supported browser, reopen the app, and restore the backup. Do not clear browser data before exporting records.
